Your homework for the week

A few readers have asked about another extensive astrological system, the Oriental or Chinese system of philosophy and living. This framework for knowing yourself and others has been studied and researched for thousands of years, possibly more than the western style of interpreting the stars. Just for a glimpse into a study that could literally take years to even begin to apply its lessons, let’s give you a quick list of which signs correspond to each other. Use this list to find online references for Chinese astrology, and continue building your ‘this is what I am’ self-knowledge. If you’re going to the beach, buy a few books on the subject and don’t forget the sunscreen. Those few hours spent studying the characteristics of a Goat, for example, may lead you to an entirely new career or mate.
